Affordable, Sharp and Perfect for Camping
They only knife you will need on a camping trip. It comes razor sharp right out of the package and ready to go. The closing mechanism on the sheath gives you peace of mind that the knife will remain safely put away when not in use.I used the knife immediately on camping trip and it sliced and diced like a champ- couldn't have asked for better!!

OXO Camp Knife with cover
Love this knife. Not too long, great weight, cuts easily and it has a cover. It's called a camp knife but I will keep it in my kitchen.

Great knife for home or camper
It is a nice mid-size knife with the expected OXO soft grip. The cover 'locks' on for safety. Overall, a good knife at a good value.

Compact Santoku
Pretty sharp small OXO Santoku knife, tall enough to ride on your knuckles while dicing.Nice that it's compact and smaller, comes with sheath for travel/camping, however it doesn't rock like my other larger OXO Santoku knife, which is my favorite knife (but for some reason OXO no longer sells the larger rubber grip version). 4 stars because I can't rock while I chop like a Santoku knife should.

Weirdly oversized and yet very comfortable
When it first arrived, I was anxious because I paid obnoxious amount of money ($20) for a single knife. (yes, that is a lot because you can get quality-ish sets of up to 5 knives for less than that elsewhere) The handle is bigger than usual knives, let alone a normal 5 inch santoku knife but it can be used even when the hands are wet because it is textured, so it is good. If you have too small hands it might be hard to carry it around.I first had difficulties justifying the price (because as I see it, it is just a single knife) and the fact that it has a sheath did not do enough for me, although it is handy for transport and I am glad it is there (there is also a lock to prevent sliding). The stainless steel metal part looked like metal colored plastic at first so I thought the quality was off too, very unexpected of Oxo. However, after I use it, I was pleasantly surprised, when angled right, it cuts very well, fits to my hand despite being long and very comfortable to do work. Interesting enough and I do not know if this was intended, I almost cut myself a few times and knife did not cut my hand due to the angle. But when angled right, it is very sharp to cut the object. So that is amazing and unexpected for me. Great buy in my opinion.

Good Camp Knife
Got this to add to a new camp cooking kit I am building out and wanted to have tools that were somewhat compact but not the cheap, tiny tools that normally come in kits sold as camping utensils. This knife is great both in size and function. It works for everything I need with a good edge and the included sheath makes it ease to store in utensils bag.
