Started taking Dim at two capsules a day, had to move to one capsule a day because it started to make me feel jittery, at one a day there's no problem, I'm using Dim because I'm taking testosterone, and don't want it converting to the bad estrogen. Just started so we'll see how it works on my next blood work. Besides that the price is great and I've 7sed the brands other products and really liked the performance. 5 stars so far.

It's working, but I did get some of the side effects
The DIM is working, although it has taken a few days to get over the side effects. I began with the direction of taking 2 a day, but the first day I had an awful headache and nausea-both listed as possible side effects. After 2 days of that, I cut back to 1 capsule and have stuck with that. After a couple of days at 1 capsule, I stopped having the side effects. It has been beneficial, though. I can tell a difference in my body after using the supplement, it just took a while for my body to adjust.

Bad Reaction
For context, I have taken antidepressants in the past and over the course of the last few months have sought to try more natural remedies. I struggle with the occasional hormonal acne flare-up and thought this supplement could hit two birds with one stone given its intended purposes.Unfortunately, I noticed my mood dropped significantly after the first dose (I even made sure to only take half the daily dose to ease into it)I felt off all day and started getting a terrible headache a few hours later. I have been experiencing an active acne flare-up and consistent headaches for the past 3 days after taking the first two doses. It has been a day since I paused the supplement (I only tried it for two days) but I truly do not see these being the right fit for me.I urge anyone with anxiety or a history of antidepressants to be mindful of these natural supplements and to do some research on what might be helpful for you. Your health and wellbeing always come first.
