How long is that small and large ?

Both are 6 feet long. Only difference is the width, 1/4" for the small, 1/2" for the large.

These seem like a great idea but I don't see how you attach them to anything.

I slid a piece of string in between the top and side pieces of my chameleon's house. Made a "hook" at one end of the vine and tied the string to it. Works as a great anchor for the whole vine structure. I did this at both top back corners of my Chameleon's house so I could have multiple anchors for hanging vines and plants.

Could a large gecko walk on this or would it be too thin?

It is about as thick as a woman's thumb. Hope this helps.
