L-Theanine - 25 grams | 100% Pure Powder (USP Grade)

I have used various combinations and brands of L-Theanine. This product gives you flexibility to choose your own dose. I usually brew my coffee. And since this is powder form, I can easily add 100mgs in the brew. The quality is genuine, as I have taken it in isolation as well. It does work. One small thing, make sure to NOT overdose. The given scoop is 400mgs. They have mentioned to only use half a scoop though.

Although I have used L-Theanine supplement in past also, but this product from Nutrija life sciences appears to be superior as compared to previous ones. After using it for 3 weeks I'm writing this, there is no difference after taking this powder, I tried nutrived product before and it's really effective but costly compared to this, don't buy this product if you want something good

The product is definitely authentic no doubt about it and I would have given a total of five stars but removing one star for a little confusing serving size. The recommended serving size is 200 milligrams and on the product, it says you need to take a half (1/2) spoon for 200 milligrams. Those who aren't reading it might get confused and get the whole spoon and consume 400 milligrams which will be excessive for the one time consumption instead they should provide a smaller spoon of 200 milligrams.
