Invacare Aquatec Pico Height Adjustable 2-in-1 Shower Chair Bathroom Seat

This was bought for my husband - who is paraplegice - to use on weekend trips/holidays - he is quite large and doesn't always feel safe (or even fit) on the pull down shower seats in many hotel rooms. We found it very lightwight and compact - Easy to assemble and extremely sturdy. Felt very safe once on the chair as there is plenty to hold on to. It did slip a bit and had to be placed right in the corner of the shower so it didn't move as he transferred across from his wheelchair. That said - It did the job and we are very pleased with it. Could have done with some sort of carry bag for transportation once it is out of the box but other than that - its perfect - and good value for money. With this in the car we have one less thing to worry about when travelling to an unfamiliar place - as long as there is a wheel-in shower - we can use it !
