I love that this is unsweetened and decaf. It is creamy and the coffee flavor is so rich and good. I saw where some people complained about "clumping". If you put hot water in your cup first then the packet of coffee, use a small whisk to mix it, there is absolutely no clumping. I started out putting the coffee packet in first and even then using a whisk I had no clumping but I do think it mixes best putting water first then coffee packet.

This product produces an instant coffee with a slight foam on top. It is not like "gas station 'cappuccino'" which is thick and more of a hot cocoa type of consistency. This is unsweetened flavor, tastes like coffee with a good deal of cream that froths up just a bit. I love these kind of instant cappuccinos on days where you just want a little cappuccino fix but can't make one at home and don't feel like running to a coffee shop. Let me be clear that this is not a coffee shop quality cappuccino - it's an instant mix product. But it's great quality and flavor for what it is. I love love love that this product is in decaf because I am highly sensitive to caffeine. Nescafe is the only brand of decaf instant cappuccino I could find and I was so pleased that it actually tastes good too!

Usually I prefer fresh ground drip coffee, but I tried these on a trip to England and loved them! The coffee is smooth, flavorful and not bitter. The foam is perfect and stays a long time. The decaf, unsweetened choice is perfect for my needs. I like that you can have a frothy cup of cappuccino any time. With trial and error I discovered the best way to completely dissolve the coffee is to place the contents of the pouch in a large mug, fill the mug half full with very hot water and stir vigorously until all the coffee crystals are gone. Then add the rest of the hot water. Nescafe Cappuccino sachets are not available in the USA. I used to bring home a box or two from England and it made me sad when they ran out. When I discovered they could be ordered from the UK through Amazon at a very reasonable price, I stocked up! Thank you for making these available.

I picked this up because I was looking for a DECAF UNSWEETENED CAPPUCCINO coffee mix. I honestly did not think it existed, but good ol' Amazon to the rescue. I am really trying to avoid artificial sweeteners and have a low caffeine diet. This hit the spot. It does not taste sweet at all. The only issue is that you need to follow the directions carefully or it doesn't mix well. You also need to be able to appreciate the difference between a traditional cappuccino and an instant one. Overall, I'd buy these again. They are a little pricey but this is a specialty item that I don't think you can find just anywhere.
