I usually take this with my coffee in powder form. These are great for traveling or on the go. Easy to swallow capsules. They are freshly packed. I am glad this brand came up because I was curious to try.

I have eaten fresh Lions Mane and King Oyster mushrooms lately and done some research about their health benefits. I saw this CHOQ Organic Supplement contains seven good types of mushrooms, but I am particular about where my supplements come from and how they are made. The 7 species included in these (easy to digest/vegan) capsules have been ORGANICALLY GROWN. I wanted to confirm that the mushrooms were indeed GROWN IN THE USA. I inquired & I did receive a response. I'm happy to report that they are! (That's a rarity, since most of the mushrooms are grown in China.)If indeed they are grown in the USA that should be boldly stated in the description posted online. I'm done buying mushrooms from China that absorb environmental toxins. I'm sure, there are many other health conscious folks who feel the same way!I did check out their website. From that, I was able to learn that the company launched in 2019 & they're based in Austin Texas. Their approach to wellness is also clearly stated.Anyhoo, getting back to this supplement - each capsule provides 100mg of each species. (That's a low dose.) It includes both the fruiting bodies & the mycelium. It doesn't contain any harmful additives such as magnesium stearate and/or silicon dioxide.

I take mushrooms for cognitive health and immunity. This product contains high quality mushroom extract in easy to swallow cspsules. Good value based on price

This stuff was wonderfully effective in helping me feel better overall Physically, emotionally and especially mentally. I felt great after taking these. Now mind you it’s not a miracle pill, just helped make the day easier to handle overall, I’m just happy it worked as well as it did.Highly recommend it if you need a good boost and maybe are looking to try supplements like this one.

I got this for my dad who requests supplement for mental health. We've found mushrooms to deliver noticeable results in skin, gut, and possibly other areas and are hopeful that includes the brain as well. This bottle is rather pricey ($44), but the ingredients appear to be high quality and promising in effectiveness.
