8BitDo Ultimate C 2.4G Green Wireless Controller Compatible with Windows, Android & Raspberry Pi

At first I wasn't sure about the colour of this wee Xbox style controller but once I started using it, it was very impressive, especially considering the cost!The analogue sticks feel very nice and the D-pad is responsive. The back trigger and shoulder buttons also feel nice to the touch and responsive too.Charging doesn't take very long, it seemed to be over an hour the last time I charged it but it has lasted all week using maybe 2 or 3 hours a day roughly 'playing' Rocket League XD.What I like most is the shape, I don't have big hands so this controller fits very nicely compared to the original Xbox controller. Also I like the grip it has on the underside of the controller.The only critical thing I can think of are the range of colours. While both the green and purple colour schemes look quite nice, more neutral or an expanded range of colours would be good to choose from.

I bought this to use with a laptop and so far has been amazing. No more fiddling about with other controllers, simply plug and play.It connects with a dongle for a wireless connection but can also be used wired if needed. I haven’t noticed any input lag with wireless.As far as the controller itself so far has been very comfortable. The back is nice and grippy with good button presses.The only negative is the colours. With it only coming in green or purple and the dongle a matching colour it stands out especially against the usual black/silver for laptops or MacBooks. Would be nice if it came in other colours.For the price this is most likely the best wireless controller available for pc gaming. All other controllers at this price point are wired.Charging is done via a usb c cable and the battery is built in.All in I definitely recommend

Positives:Looks great - I personally love the colourLightweightSmall(ish) USB dongle. Not as small as one of those tiny USB drives or mouse dongles, but much smaller than an official Xbox controller adapter.2.4ghz connection - basically latency-free (compared to bluetooth). Signal has decent range, and worked from inside my desktop PC case too.USB-C charging - can charge while usingNegatives:No bluetooth (although, I think that's fine for the price).The vibration/rumble is SUPER weak compared to 'proper' xbox controllers.The triggers are really quite stiff. They'll probably 'break in', but worth noting.The thumbsticks feel OK, but the accuracy feels 'off' (?) - aiming in FPS is harder with this than my previous controller.Notes:This will not work on Mac, Switch, PS or Xbox. Win/Linux only.It shows up in windows as a xinput controller, not a 360/Xbox controller, you may need a 'converter' app to get it to work with Xcloud, PSNOW etc.-Bought for £25. Especially considering the brand (which I've had great luck with before), I think it's great value.

Ive charged this like 10 times in the past year. Its a great controller with great battery life and super cute too!

This controller looks and feels great for the price, the wireless connectivity works great, I’m thinking of getting a higher end controller from this brand as I was quite surprised at how good it is

Brilliant remote, easy connection, works perfectly with my pi5 board. Good quality and has usb-c charging. Would definitely recommend

After less than a year of very light use, the left joy stick forces to the right and makes games almost unplayable.its a shame, as i really enjoy using this controller and its wireless is great. I was excited to try an 8bitdo product, however this has been a major let down and i think i might stick to hori products as i have a year old hori game pad with absolutely no stick drift. :(
