Im 5'2" i weigh about 200 lbs, should i get xl or xxl??

Does the crotch get baggie in these leggings? I’ve owned a few paid of leggings that kind of like “sag” at the crotch. It’s the worst and so annoying!

How good are the compression on these? Would they be good to use after a hysterectomy/oophorectomy?

I’m 5’7” will these go down to my ankles or just above?
