I’ve been taking Glucosamine Sulphate 1000mg with Vitamin C for a few months now, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my joint flexibility and overall mobility. The added Vitamin C is a great bonus for collagen support. The tablets are quite large, but manageable with water. I also appreciate that they are vegan-friendly and free from common allergens. For a six month supply at this price, it’s excellent value. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable joint health supplement. My GP advised me to try glucosamine supplements as my joints (particularly hips and knees) are very painful at times. It gets so bad that I sometimes wake up in pain and have to change my position in the early hours, and going up and down stairs can sometimes trigger knee pain. I've been taking glucosamine for a while now and it's not always easy to get hold of, expensive, and you only get 30 tablets (so a month's worth). These are a game changer for me. Less than £10 for six months! And they are vegan, which is good to know. I didn't realise they were double the dose of my usual ones, and vitamin C is always good - who gets enough from their diet? You'd have to be eating oranges all day! What I noticed most? No pain. Which is amazing. I appreciate they don't work for everyone, but honestly, at that price for 6 months, it's worth trying. I've already bought another for a friend.

It's too early to say impact, I see a small bit of but I will surely update it, and the added Vitamin C is a nice touch for overall bone and cartilage support. Really like these. They're easy to take, zero side effects, which is great as some others make me feel icky after a few days of taking.
