Heavy duty rubber
The rubber used for this tee is very thick and heavy. It feels durable, and you don't have to worry about it being hit with a bat. The weight, combined with the flexible ball tip, keeps it upright when it's hit. We used this at practice with my daughter's 4-6 yr old t-ball team that I help coach. We kept the tee in the middle of the plate, but it can easily be moved. It just pulls out and pushes in, but it is held very securely in place. The different positions will be good once the girls are older and learning to hit thrown pitches, which are all over. Right now, we are still working on swinging form. The height adjustibility is great to grow with them and is easy to adjust and secure with a twist of the plastic nut. The product description shows this tee having a height range from 19 - 40 inches. However, the lowest I can get it is 23" and the highest is 36". This is still good for our application, but it's good to know in case you would be getting it to use in those unreachable ranges. As good of a quality as it feels while using, this tee has a big downfall, and that is the folding feature of the plate. It is frustrating and annoying that it folds up every time we lift or move the tee. The point folds down, so you have to reach down and pull it back up every time. It would help if they had included a way to hold it flat. I don't even see the practicality of having it fold; it doesn't take up any much less room this way or make it easier to move. The handle works well for carrying and would have functioned the same with the plate flat. This crease will also likely be the first part to wear out, when the rubber tears from the constant bending. Overall, this is a nice tee, but next time I will go with one that doesn't fold.

Great Stability, Portability and Quite Useful
This thing comes together in seconds. It's heavy, has great stability and as stated, is portable. This makes it extremely useful for when I need to get a few practice hits off of a tee before a game when there might not be time for a quick batting practice. You can lengthen it to a fair amount but it does run slightly small. My only real concern with this is that you can easily topple it over if you end up hitting the top of the tee and miss the ball, I mean that's really on the hitter at that point but it will happen. This is mainly because the tube portion is a bit too stable and doesn't absorb the hit enough which then causes the stand to move. If you get a bit of air, it may not absorb the hit fully on the base and then it will topple over.Overall, it's a great traveling tee, it's certainly become quite handy to have in my ball bag!

Good tee... Plan on airing it out for a little
This is a good stay in one spot tee that we got for our net in the basement. Be warned of the nauseating smell of rubber that accompanies this tee, we used it for about 5 minutes and had to put it outside. A day later it was fine and only stunk if you smelt it directly. The folding feature of home plate has me puzzled as I don't know why you'd do this... The pictures show it trenched into the field, again why would you do this?

easy to assemble, slightly on the short side
It would be better if it indicates it's for children, and probably up to middle school. The reason for that is, it's somewhat on the short side after assemble. For most high schoolers or adults, it's simply too short if I want to practice balls that are higher.

Portable.
I find the batting T sturdy and durable, and I believe it will withstand frequent use. Its portability is a feature that I appreciate. However, the folding section can be cumbersome. While it is convenient for transportation, it may crease if hit too hard.

Pretty good for the most part
This is a pretty good tball stand for the most part. It is heavy duty. Goes together fairly easily. I do wish that the bottom part of the stand had something to hold it together once all put together so it doesn't fold up some when the ball is hit. But other than that it is good. Heavy duty material

Heavy duty, but not easy to store
The tee itself is sturdy and adjustable in height, so ultimately does serve the purpose. The height adjustment is from a plastic compression ring that screws or unscrews to tighten the adjustable part of the bat. The problem is this ring has a pretty high friction with the “rubber” material of the tee, so it doesn’t screw and unscrew as easily as one would hope, particularly if the kids are making the adjustments themselves.Further, the home plate base of the tee is heavy for stability, but makes the whole product cumbersome to store and carry. Unlike other tees, this one does not “telescope” with legs that extend for stability, but rather this tee relies on the weight of the base. And since it doesn’t collapse, it takes up a larger footprint when storing. So, all in all it does serve a purpose and is great for tee ball or just batting practice. But the weight and storage limitations make it less desireable than the other style tees for the same price.

Tough rubber, seems to be holding up
This is made of a tough rubber and was pretty easy to setup. Under 5 min. Its all rubber, so nothing will rust or break. The base is very heavy and sturdy. My son is a bit weak and prefers to drag it then pick it up, but its fine. Hold a ball of any size really, tennis ball to basket ball no problem. You can run over this with your car and it will be fine, so a kid hitting it isnt going to hurt it. Size is also adjustable which is nice.
