Siskiyou Barbecue Set

The Green Bay Packers BBQ set was a gift for my Mother-in-law at Christmas 2012. The first issue I came across was on the dealer's page where you could select which team logo you wanted. I selected the Packers logo, and the description came up as "Packers" but the image displayed was that of the Chicago Bears logo. It is practically suicide to even mention "Da Bears" in my mother-in-law's house, so obviously I didn't want the wrong set, I almost didn't order it at all. But alas I couldn't resist, so I took a leap of faith and purchased it anyway hoping for the best. For anybody else who had the same problem (not sure if they fixed it yet or not) don't worry your brain about it, the Packers product is what shows up at your door.Now, getting to the second problem: Shipping. It took a really long time for the package to get to my house and I was tracking it online, it wasn't delivered until 3 days after the "track your package" status said that it had been delivered. I can't decide if it is unfortunate that it didn't show up until 2 days before the family Christmas, or if it's fortunate that it made it just in time... In either case, I wasn't happy with the condition of the package it was shipped in. Inside the basic brown cardboard box that it was shipped in was the clear plastic packaging that you would typically find something like electronics or a pocketknife packaged at Walmart. The clear plastic was broken in the bottom corner and split up the front. The BBQ set wasn't damaged at all, and the only reason broken packaging bothers me is simply because it was intended to be a gift and it didn't look so pretty. Not a big deal, just a little disappointing.The BBQ set itself looks really nice. The logo etched into the metal was clear and actually pretty cool looking. It all together seems to be a good quality product, but we'll see in the spring when it's time to get the grill back outside. Until then, we look forward to trying them out. =)I would definitely recommend this product if you can deal with waiting a little while for it to ship.

Bought as a gift. In this case, you are paying for the logo. It came just as described. won't know the quality until summer comes. Came in a box that was too short, so the heavy plastic was bent over, which annoyed me because it originally was to be in a benefit auction. The bend made it looked less then prestige.

The packaging was bent I'm assuming to be able to fit into the shipping box but overall I'm pleased with my purchase so far won't really know until after Christmas as I got this for my fiance but hopefully it will be perfect

I ordered this product for a die hard Greenbay fan and received it about a week later. The package came in a large rectangle box. Upon opening the box I discovered the grill set in a plastic casing, however the casing had been opened at the bottom. I did not realize the handles were plastic and part of the Greenbay icon on the handle of the fork was cracked, hardly noticeable but still cracked. I was disappointed. Next time I would suggest bubble wrap within the cardboard box to better protect people's orders. Despite the crack, I am somewhat satisfied with this grill set. I would be happier if the handles were not plastic as it makes it look cheap.

My only issues with these are that the tongs are very stiff so it makes it a little difficult to use them. We wash them by hand so they don't get dull or scratched in the dishwasher. My boyfriend loves them.

Bought this for a gift. It's perfect!

I LOVE Green Bay and believe you generally can't go wrong with official Packer gear, but was sad to see that the tongs came out of the green part and will no longer stay together. Other than that, the quality is good. They don't seem prone to rust and are not flimsy, but pretty solid. Would have given 4 stars if not for it coming apart. Also, tongs are a little awkward to use, but some people prefer this kind of tong. Would be good for flipping larger foods like ribs, chicken, or steak.

I wanted to get my brother a bday present he asked for but I looked around for awhile he wanted a green bay set but I couldn't afford the bigger sets I had also found a smaller set without the tongs but when I came across this set I knew it was the right one for him. It's durable and the laser etched spatula was a great touch. He's already used it several times since his birthday, and he said it's a great set washes up very nicely.
