First the not so good. This is my third try with this product. The size chart goes by height and weight and waist size which missed me totally. So the first try was on the store and second was on me. Thankfully the returns were seamless. I knew with the first one, even though the size was way too big that it was going to be a slam dunk when get the right size. I’m 72 and have had back problems since childhood and a spinal fusion at 53 so pain, stiffness and weakness is too familiar. As you can imagine I have had a bazillion braces or supports of some sort over the years, primarily for lumbar spine. I read the reviews before purchase and one purchaser said that their physical therapist said that this brand was the best. I’m wearing the right size now and yes indeedy I have a friend helping me stay in the game! What I like is that my thoracic spine ( mid-back) is weak and I need flexible yet rigid support which is comfortable and stable. This thing helps me both to perform and recover from physical activities. I will be putting it to the test daily for the next two weeks and will give an update

The quality of this item is actually very good. I bought it for my 2nd job at UPS picking up boxes from the floor for 3-4 hours straight. The 1st night I tried it I definitely felt my posture improved but the second day my armpits were sore, chaffing, and almost bruised. Could just be my experience but I will try it again after a few days.

It clearly shows up not even with a sweater with a hoodie i can hide that pick sticking up at the top. Does it correct my posture? Yeah, some results are shown. Is very bulky. Impossible to hide. And I don't know how this is going to work in the summer. I give it 3 starts because it does helps with the posture. But is very awkward around the armpits. I wouldn't be able to wear it in the summer, terrible around the armpits, And is very visible.

Very supportive. Im trying to improve my posture. I've only used it twice but I think this will certainly help if I stay consistent in using it.

If you have poor posture, this brace is not going to correct it. No brace will. Exercises are required if you let your posture get bad. Use this brace as a reminder, for example a desk job that could give you bad posture. If the shoulder braces dig into your armpits, then you probably already have poor posture and exercises are a good solution to correct the problem. No brace alone will improve your posture. Works like a charm

It works to a point. If I tighten the shoulders straps securely, after a while the the strap at the point where it come down the inside of the shoulder bunches up and it will start to feel painful the longer you wear it. This brace is a good idea but it needs work. Maybe a a strap going across the chest to prevent it from bunching up. Still debating whether to send it back.
