Looks just like picture, love that it can be put up with or without screws. I did the no screws method, followed the directions and it stuck snuggly. The towels do need folded smaller to fit.

Not Happy.... Flimsy and useless
These never stayed up even when they were screwed to the wall, the brackets failed, and the towels ended up on the floor. All three towels I had.. so it was not overloaded. The whole shelf is a flimsy feeling, and if you hang anything on the hook on the bottom shelf, it will pull away. The screws are chrome plated and cheap.. don't waste your money.
