Saunders Q & A Review for the NCLEX-RN® Examination

I used Saunders to pass the NCLEX. I practiced answering the questions for an hour or more per day up until the day of my test. I now purchase these as gifts to those who are in nursing school or new grads. I used Saunders while in nursing school and would study the topics ie, med surge, geriatrics, etc. along with my lecture and textbook notes. Practicing the questions all through nursing school allowed me to understand the NCLEX style and build that mindset. Good luck to all of you future RNs. You can do it!!

In nursing school and this helps me tremendously! I use it in addition to the regular Saunders NCLEX book.

The book I received only has 667 pages, the book has 11 chapters with total of maximum 1300 questions. The cover of the book mentioned more than 6000 questions? Iam waiting for the replacement and send the right book with 6000 questions

meh, i don’t like how the answer is next to the question. i also wish it was organized based on systems rather than client needs and other stuff but that’s just me lol.
