Great product to stretch your back. Not the most comfortable but that’s what it’s for. Thi has really helped me with my back it’s

Very good head support.
I will probably get another one of these as it uses the right material (semi-hard foam?) to support your head at just the right height. I use this while doing Egoscue exercises which greatly help with back and joint pain I sometimes have from body musculoskeletal imbalance and overdoing it with certain chores. Highly recommend this item.

Good stretch
Definitely a good stretch but too high for small framed person. Leaves you suspended. I can only use it with a pillow added to the end.

Light weight easy to use. Will use for low back pain.

Don’t waste your money
It is so hard that it hurts to lie on it. You cannot get comfortable on it. Maybe you could put some kind of cushion on it but you might as well rig up your own version that you can tolerate. Mine is in the trash.

Fantastic!!
My only wish is that this item was not available until now. It is simply the best at helping to put my back in place. I no longer have pain that I have had for months. Love, love, love this item.
