I wanted to update this information to include that they were VERY customer service oriented and dealt with my situation promptly and kindly. Can't ask for anything better than that!!!👍😃👍Thought this would really do the trick and was originally happy to find this kind of product without sweetener/sugar and flavorless. Nope, don't like it. It has an slight after-taste and seems a bit salty ...?The 3-star rating is all about what works for me, and not any criticism of the quality of the product. I'll try to use it up by putting some lemon-lime drops into it to cover up the unpleasant flavor, and using the one scoop for my 64oz water bottle, but I don't think I'll re-order.Too bad cuz I can't use products that are sweetened with Stevia or Sucralose ... YUK!!!

I find it does not dissolve well in water. It seems to settle at the bottom of the glass. :(

I’m on my third glass of this product. I purchased because I seem to be getting some cramps on my feet and toes. I also purchased this as another option to drink because I’m running out of options. It is getting hot here in SC and this product description seemed to fit what I was looking for. I love the taste and the color is pretty-berry frost. My question is what is that white product sitting on the bottom of my glass. When I get to the bottom I chug it down and it is the consistency of wood pulp. Is this a filler to make it a fine powder? I keep frequently stirring with a spoon and it still settles. I bought the bag kind. I think the ones that said theirs turned hard is because they kept it too long. I have had someone else’s product happen to me like that and I did not drink it often. I read the back and I see the words calcium silicate and silicon dioxide. In my mind I’m thinking plastic. Could someone please elaborate on that please. I’m supposed to be following a clean eating plan here. Cramps have lessened. One more thing. The amount in the bag no way looks like 30 servings or 30 scoops. I used one level scoop in a 8 ounce glass of water.

Received this item and the mfg date is 1/2023. That’s almost 2 years ago. There isn’t an expiration date, but pretty sure this is not fresh. I tried to return it and unfortunately it says not eligible for return. We buy this product at least once a month, but not sure we will purchase anymore if I can’t return if unhappy with the item.

Comes in a white powder. Flavor is good It comes with a scoop. I do a scoop in 12 oz of water stir and drink. No after taste ill definitely buy more.Dr.livinggood products are a great buy.

The flavor is ok but it does not desolve very well goes to bottom constantly having to shake.

The flavor is not a fake taste at all. It helps keep me hydrated on long workouts, and has relieved muscle fatigue.

I am not sure which flavor I like better, this one or the lemon lime. Both are delicious!
