Product description ------------------- Instructions The casing requires some assembly before installing 1) Firstly, remove the gear tray from the casing whilst the back case is ed onto the surface 2) You may need to rotate the security clip to loosen the gear tray 3) Push the lamp holders through so the gear tray is ready for the tubes but do not insert until the back case is ed The back case is now ready to be ed 4a) The ing brackets will be screwed on to the surface, it is best to place the back case against the surface to determine where is best for the ing brackets to be fixed 4b) Using the screws provided, screw two screws into each bracket 5) the base of the back case by pressing the case on to the ing brackets 6) Locate the safety connector in the base 7) Connect the gear tray to the back case using the safety connectors The casing can now be connected to the mains supply, ensure that the power is off before proceeding 8) Locate the cable connection at the end of the fitting 9) Unscrew the cable connection by rotating the cap 10) Feed the mains supply through the cable connection and wire to the connector block 11) The gear tray is now ready to be connected to the back case 12) Secure the gear tray in place and rotate the security clip to hold the gear tray in place The tubes are now ready to be inserted, ensure that the tubes are inserted with the live end of the tube into the live end of the gear tray 13) Push the tubes onto the lamp holders, once in, rotate the tubes to secure Lastly the front cover can be applied 14) Locate the cover clips alongside of the cover 15) Press one side of the front cover against the back case and close the cover 16) Complete the installation by securely fastening all cover clips Switch power on Legal Discler ---------------- To be installed by qualified electrician.
