Kenneth Cole Reaction Colombian Leather Double Compartment 15.6" Laptop RFID Bag, Black, Business Backpack

I was looking for a backpack that was both classy and functional and this baby is it! The laptop sleeve is a perfect fit for my 15.6 inch HP laptop. It is fleece lined to prevent scratches and is completely separate from the main compartment. It feels very secure. The main compartment has another fleece lined pocket that fits my iPad 11 pro perfectly. The main compartment is roomy and holds its shape so you can dig in it easily. The front compartments are so functional! The top pocket is fleece lined and perfect for protecting phone or sunglasses from scratches. The bottom pocket has pen holders and smaller dividers for easy access. One side pocket is a water bottle holder that zips away so your bag looks professional when not in use.The leather is obviously quality (although it came with a “genuine leather” label which I understand to be lower quality leather. It will take some wear to know for sure.The handle and straps are very sturdy. It looks almost like a brief case when help by it’s the open strap.The lining looked blue in the pictures which I was not delighted about, but I was pleasantly surprised when mine arrived with grey lining.The only downside is it is heavy, but that is what one would expect from a sturdy leather backpack.All in all this is the perfect business backpack for both quality, looks and functionality.

Day 1 review: I've been searching for a everyday, versatile professional leather backpack that I can use for work during the week and activities on weekends. It has to hold my laptop computer and sometimes some small camera equipment. I had canvas backpacks but it was time to upgrade. Searching high and low, I found this one.I didn't know much about leather quality, so I did some research on YouTube and found the difference between full-grain (best), top-grain (good but not best), and "genuine" leather (so-so). This Kenneth Cole Reaction is made of full-grain leather. It's professional, with lots of compartments and room for everything. The initial quality is excellent. In the largest compartment I put a 10" wide camera insert for some small camera equipment, works perfectly (see pics). The back computer slot is large enough for my 15" laptop, and the front tablet pocket is excellent for my Surface Go tablet.Somebody had commented on whether this bag is lockable. I found that the zipper pull holes are large enough to loop a standard TSA lock through. It's not robbery proof (nothing is) but this will give me a sense of security when carrying it on my back.The only thing I wish they had done would be to put 4 metal feet at the bottom so I don't have to sit the bag directly on the floor. I'll update my review once I start using it in trips.

My rating: 4.5 out of 5.High quality product. Very professional and with plenty of room. It would become even better if a TSA friendly zipper were added between the main and laptop compartments. I also wish KC had not replaced the bottom of the bag with polyester (apparently, the bottom used to be made of leather before November 2020); taking away from the leather material of a bag is never a great idea even if KC claims they have done so to make it more sturdy and more waterproof, especially because it might raise doubts about KC intending to use less leather for the same price. The leather bottom can easily be made more durable and kept away from water by adding thick rivets or hard polymer/plastic legs to the bottom of the bag.A few more suggestions to make this product unbeatable (in my opinion):1- The lower front compartment could be made wider and taller (almost as big as the front compartment in https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071RY5VXF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) at the cost of a smaller upper front pocket (to serve as a glasses/cell phone pocket).2- The width of the bag does not need to be made smaller toward the top, and the top of the bag does not need to be sloped. This way, not only will there be more room, but the front pockets can also be made slightly bigger.I will definitely be willing to pay more if KC makes such a bag in the future...

I ordered this backpack from Israel and the package arrived on time. My first impression is that the leather is of good and durable quality. The stitching looks good too. It perfectly fits a 15.6 laptop. The straps and handle are comfortable. All the zippers are good and of acceptable quality except for one which was a little hard to open and close in the beginning.Overall, a very good option for young professionals who want to look sharp and professional but prefer backpacks to briefcases. It looks even better if you match it with a brown suit.

Great bag - high quality - very nice leather and love the brown color - lots of storage. The only negative comment is that the water bottle holder does not hold a Sw’ell bottle very well. Now just need to get a new laptop because my current one is not nice enough to put in the bag.

Yes I really like my backpack. I have a Surface Pro 3 amd a Surface Pro X and both of them fit and are very secure.I can also store several notebooks, my phone, wallet, keys, and so much more. So many pockets and compartments.I've read reviews about the backpack being poorly made but those people must have the wrong backpack because this one is exceptional.

Great bag, bottle option on the side with elegant zipper , bag looks elegant and is light, I have been using it for a couple months and it is comfortable and fits my laptop with lots of chargers ,headphones and notebooks.

Excelente mochila, espacio grande, meto laptop, 2 bolsas para cargadores, plumas etc, tablet de 10pulgadas. Además de amplia muy buena calidad de la piel.

The backpack is very sturdy and big - perfect for travelling, however it’s too big and bulky for me considering I am 150cm tall weighting 160 pounds. I wanted a professional looking backpack that I could fit in laptop, A4 documents, and other everyday necessities. This is way too big and manly what I was looking for. However, I gifted it to my son-in-law who loves it. So I am happy.
