My Peruvian son in law introduced this wonderful condiment to us. It is SO tasty! We love to put it on potatoes, eggs, and plantain chips. It is a real treat. It is not a low-calorie food, but SO worth it! I eat it with breakfast before a hike, and in winter when I need extra calories! ;)

Papa a la Huancaina sauce bought for my son station in Miramar CA. He is a Marine and love cooking too so the sauce was a blessed for him, he loved it with what he grilled stake and potatoes with Huancaina sauce.
