It was not what I ordered. The sound quality was not good and the keys were mini, not mid size. There was no warranty or person to contact if there was a problem with it.

OK kid's product
OK - same as one bouight in Germany. Sad that it does not allow replacing song library as 80 songs played many times a day over six months is a little much for the adult human ear

A QUALITY CHEAP KEYBOARD THAT CAN PLAY MUSIC WELL
Hello, This Medeli MC37a Keyboard is very good for my music playing. Most of the voices have uncomfortable soundings but I have found good ones to use that I find sound very good, I dont know why someone would not see that. I use it to play very good music(in my opinion, that is). I have 8 excellent useable voices. They sound very Good but notthe high powered fine set proffessional type, just truly decent. The Emedia EK05103 ,my piano starter pack, sells the black version of the keyboard but I like the silver beauty that this keyboard is! It inspires me while I play. Oh, and it looks even better than the picture. I believe Medeli made the model for Emedia, Im sure actually.Sincerely,Michael E Litchmore
