I'm amazed at this belt. The heat is noticeable in less than a minute and after 10 minutes I'm looking for a control to turn the heating down a bit, but it isn't battery powered! There's some physics, chemistry, biology or all three going on here that I've never learned, or perhaps it's just magic. It seems to be easing the pulled muscles in my lower back by increasing blood circulation and providing extra support, and should I hope, help them heal and strengthen more quickly. I was skeptical when I ordered it, but it actually works and works well, with no batteries to run out or need charging. Easy to fit and you can dial in as much support as you want by stretching the elastic straps around your waist which secure with velcro. I was even thinking about knocking a star off as I think it feels a bit too hot, but that would be mean, as it works like magic. I found that wearing it over a thin t-shirt instead of next to the skin will make it feel a little less hot, so that is a good way of regulating the heat. I shall really enjoy the heat on winter dog walks. If you need to ease your lower back, just buy it, it costs less than a couple of coffees in a cafe.

Not bad for the money and the heating system seems to work,my back pain has improved,however the velcro fastening system doesn't keep the belt flat at the front and rolls ,making it a little uncomfortable on the stomach. Maybe better if I lost a little weight

Definitely heats the lower back. Bit too hot sometimes but feels great.

If you are an extra large forget it. This is way far too small. ( I DIDN'T SAY THE ABOVE AT ALL. I SAID IT WAS DISGUSTING HOW THEY COULD CHARGE OVER £5 FOR THIS RUBBISH ).

The belt is heating well but the quality of the material is not good at all. I’ve been wearing it for a week and already has split Bon the side and there’s a scratchy feeling on one side when is on your skin. I’ve tried to use a thin cotton layer under but then I couldn’t feel any warmth from the belt. I unfortunately I can’t recommend because doesn’t last for very long. It works and heats very well and has helped me with my back pain but I wish only if the belt was made of good quality material and not just lasts for a week or tow. I will be looking for a better one unfortunately.

Where has this thing been all my life? - I have no idea what kind of trickery is used to make this work, but trust me when I say “IT WORKS” it takes approx 20-30 mins of wearing it for it to heat up, but once it does, it’s simply amazing. It gets very warm and the heat builds the longer you wear it. I actually had to take it off because it got too hot at one point. The magic bit is I can still feel the warmth and relief from it for hours after taking it off - I don’t know how?!?!? But it keeps working for hours even when not wearing it. I’ve had a life time of issues with an unrepairable crooked spine and severe back pain and this is the best non prescription drug pain relief I’ve ever found. I wear it at work, I wear it at home, I wear it shopping, just for a short time (approx about an hour at a time) when my pain builds and then take it off and it continues to provide relief. It’s SO GOOD that I now take half the amount of prescription painkillers I was taking before I found this. Worth every penny - in fact I am going to be buying a few of them, just to make sure I have replacements as I never want to be without this little miracle again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Calor asegurado con esta faja que ayudará a relajar la musculatura. Quizá el defecto que tiene es el material con el ésta hecha, que complica su lavado, algo muy necesario porque vas a sudar con ella. Lo mejor, el precio, por lo que te puedes permitirte tener varias para poder lavarlas.

Works well, but the only thing I dislike is the band, where you close it, it is not strom enough what results in curling or folding up, giving red marks on my belly. Would suggest to make a more sturdy patch that prefents this. Overall good for the money.

Réchauffe très vite la partie lombaire

Sono molto soddisfatto di questa fascia lombare quando la si usa si sente subito il beneficio perché ha i magneti al suo interno che riscaldano la parte lombare dando subito una sensazione di beneficio che dura anche quando la si toglie perché raggiunto il calore desiderato la si deve togliere perché se no ci si scotta la pelle è il prezzo è di essa è molto conveniente. La consiglio per chi come me ha problemi alla fascia lombare della schiena.
