My dentist had a giggle at these. Said they were more of a child's size. For me it works as it keeps my molars slightly apart, even if the gadget doesn't reach to the back of my jaw. Comfy enough to wear most of the time, and even at work. My colleagues took no time to get used to the slight lisp. Wouldnt use them infront of clients though. At night too, comfy to wear either on top or bottom jaw, all night, no probs. I bought a pack of 4 small pill boxes to put them in so I have one in my desk, one by my bed, one by the sofa and one in the car.

Unsafe product
This product is far too small to fit firmly in the mouth. As such it is dangerous and a choking hazard if left loose in the mouth overnight.
