This is better than I expected. It was packaged very well. No breakage. This is a great first basketball hoop. Great for entry level goals for kids, affordable, impeccably assembled and easy to use. I am very happy with it so far and would recommend. The size is perfect for the driveway and can be easily moved as needed. Two things that could be improved are the basketball hoop itself and the ability to add weight. I got this for my son for Christmas. When we put it together I realized how flimsy & cheap it looked. The wind was bad that day & knocked it over a few times but it held up surprisingly. Overall, it looks cheap but durable possibly? We will see.

Ok so first off. I just got done building this. Directions are somewhat weird as far as steps go but not hard to figure out. They provided extra hardware for every bolt needed as well as a couple cheap wrenches if you don't have a 13 + 14mm on hand which is nice. Everything lined up like it should and it seems to be a very well made and sturdy setup that will last. Now the add part is why I can also say customer service is responsive. The same day I was to receive this I got a random hoop and net (no stand, backboard, etc) and thought I got jipped so started the process of getting a refund.. couple hours later fed ex shows up with the one I actually ordered. In the end I had zero issues but the company did respond to my original refund request quickly, stating if I took pictures of the issue they'd send whatever necessary to fix free of charge. So although I didn't actually need their customer support it's nice to know they are there if you did need them.

Bought it almost 7 months ago and been moving it in and out of the garage every day. Still no cracks and works great.

Easy to assemble and came well packaged. It's actually a well made youth goal. The 7 to 9 year olds are having a good time with the 8' 5" model we recieved. That along with a youth sized ball and the kiddo's are good to go. I did fill the base with water and also placed 2 fifty lb sand bags on the goal stand. If weather calls for gusts up in the 40 mph range I'll lay it over to play it safe.

Its a great product! My daughter who is 11 loves this goal. It wasn't hard for my nephew to put together everything is lettered and in order in its place. I would purchase this goal over and over again! It's the right height, and not to heavy to move. We added water in ours not sand to place. Again, its a great product that will grow with my daughter. You get what you pay for.It went up easily, is stable once weighed with sand, and my son loves having a hoop in the driveway.It's also flimsy, has a twist so the base and backboard aren't aligned, and under no circumstances should ever be dunked on. It'll shake/ move when a shot hits the backboard. The wheels are barely held in place; they'll get it from point to point but don't expect to move it frequently without having to shove the "axles" back in place.Absolutely a usable, functional hoop for my son shooting a small ball at 8'. Not highschooler quality.
