I recently purchased the Eufy Security Solar Wall Light Cam S120, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Pros: 1. It’s truly a set-and-forget device. 2. 2K Camera Quality: The video quality is outstanding. The 2K resolution provides clear and detailed footage, which is essential for identifying faces and other details. 3. This is a great product, it was easy to connect to our home WiFi and to put up on the wall. The light is bright and the images are crystal clear even at night. It's easy to operate and the built in solar panel keeps it charged. I'm really impressed and will probably buy another.

We have a long garden with a drive at the bottom. Around 30metres away. This solar camera connected to the WiFi in the house and let me keep an eye on the cars when ever I wanted. Alerted me when people passed. Was easy to set up and get working right away. I fully charged it by cable before fitting down the drive. During winter it still managed to charge during the day and never dropped under 86% reason it dropped so much was me connecting to it so often. The problem I encountered and the reason for dropping a star. was once it got dark. I stopped receiving notifications. And I think it may be down to having the camera on colour night mode. Rather than infra red. Black and white. Night colour was amazing in a poorly lit driveway. Just a shame the alerts stopped for me. Hence I returned the camera for a refund

Easy to set up and use, connection was easy and integrated nicely with my Homebase 3 and cross camera tracking . Motion detection is spot on and because of the adjustable light it records in colour at night. I have the light at 50% which is ample. An easy 5*

Thought this camera would be ideal for mounting above a garage door. it was fine for the summer months but needed additional topping up in winter due to lack of direct sunlight. I had to remove and charge via USB cable twice. When removing the camera the second time the lower part of the wall mount became detached. The bracket is not very durable and not suitable for an item that may need to be removed multiple times. *** Update *** Without complaint to Eufy and based solely on this review the manufacturer offered to give a full refund (even though the return window had long expired) or the supply of a new mounting bracket. The new mounting bracket offer was accepted and it was quickly delivered. The customer service for this company has been a pleasure to deal with. The camera itself is now operating as it should. In summary this is nice discreet camera and would give it 5 stars. let down only by the mounting bracket which was the reason1 star review was initially given. Hopefuly the new mount will prove to be more durable than the last one. *** Update 24/07/2025 *** This camera has failed after just over one year. The camera is still functioning but movement is creating notifications to my phone but nothing is recorded on the device. This renders the whole thing as useless and not fit for the purpose it was installed for. Contact with the customer service advised a reset, a firmware update and a reminder that the item was passed its warranty date. My advice would be to avoid this device and try something more reliable.

Looks great, easy set up. Very good night light, great camera, fantastic view. Added to my other Eufy cameras perfectly.

Very good solar camera but rarely does it catch any motion. I have a different eufy camera on the garage that captures all motion from a fair distance so dissatisfied that this one does not. Light is set to motion so obviously hardly comes on as it's not detecting. Does hold power and charge really well though through solar and handy for a live view. Would be better if camera had a tilt rather then fixed. Even manual tilt would be ideal. The app is really good and have other eufy cameras which I can't recomend enough. They've missed a trick on this one I think as could be the perfect camera

They work well, and the image quality is very good. But with the security, they can be hit and miss on detection. Many times they don't detect a human, but will a shadow, even though set to ai human detection only. Also through the UK winter months, they won't charge by solar, and will need an external power source, or be charged. App can be slow to ping detections also. Plus side, no subscription and can view live feed on mobile phone, anywhere in the world, if you have data on your phone, which most mobile phone contracts do now. So you don't need to hunt for a wifi hot spot.

Die Kamera überzeugt sehr von der Verarbeitung und unauffälligen Design. Aber dies kennen wir schon von dem Hersteller, weil wir haben auch den Wischroboter aus dem Hause Eufy. Der im übrigen auch sehr sehr gut ist. Aber davon ab. Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut. Sie reagiert und erkennt Menschen in dem eingestellten Bereich sofort. Das Licht ist wie ich finde auch sehr Hell und man hat auch die Möglichkeit es in der App Heller oder Dunkler zu stellen. Sowie die Vielzahl anderer Funktionen in der App. Wie ich finde hat sich der Hersteller echt viel Mühe gegeben um die sehr einfache Benutzerfreundlichkeit über die App darzustellen. Die Installation ist sehr einfach und in 5 min erledigen, was auch ein Pluspunkt ist. Vorallem Wer auch sehr viel Wert auf den Nachtmodus legt, kommt hier auf jedenfall auf seine Kosten. Der interne Speicher von knapp 8Gb ist total ausreichend und man ist nicht verpflichtet wie bei anderen Herstellern permanent ein Abo zu kaufen. Das einzige Problem ist die Solareinheit. Diese ist meines Erachtens nicht ganz ausreichend für die Leistung was es erbringen muss. Das heißt an so nicht so tollen Tagen, muss man das Gerät abhängen und mit dem Kabel voll laden. Was das sehr umständlich macht. Das heißt Leiter hoch, laden und dann wieder hoch. Was meines Erachtens nach ein riesen Minuspunkt ist. In diesem Fall, sollte der Hersteller evtl die Solarfläche etwas vergrößern um eine bessere Einspeisung zu gewährleisten und dieses mit einen größeren Akku optimieren. Dann wäre das Problem was viele Kunden des Produktes haben gelöst. Sonst ist die Performance echt mega. Daher kann ich es nur bedingt empfehlen. Update : Also ich muss vorab sagen, der Kundenservice ist sehr gut und freundlich. Die sind stehts bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Was meiner Meinung heut zu Tage sehr wenige Unternehmen machen. Den direkten Kontakt zum Kunden aufzunehmen und die Probleme direkt zu lösen. Ich habe das Problem bezüglich des Akkus und der Aufnahmen angesprochen. Sie haben mir sofort ein Panel zukommen lassen, was das Problem mit dem Akku sofort gelöst hat. Zudem haben Sie mir auch ein Update auf die Kamera gespielt, was erheblich die Aufnahmen verbessert hat. Das erlebt echt selten. Daher kann ich nur jeden empfehlen, die Probleme mit den Geräten haben, sofort mit den Kundenservice in Kontakt zu treten. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Macht auf jeden Fall weiter so.
