Amazing Smoker for Delicious BBQ!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently purchased the Char-Broil® Analog Electric Smoker, and it has exceeded all my expectations! As someone who loves smoking meat but doesn't have the time or patience for a complicated setup, this smoker is perfect. The analog controls are simple and intuitive, making it incredibly easy to set the temperature and get started.I’ve used it several times now, and every time the results have been fantastic. The meat comes out perfectly tender, smoky, and full of flavor! I especially appreciate how evenly it cooks and how consistent the temperature remains throughout the process. The build quality is solid, and the smoker is very easy to clean, which is a huge plus. It also has a nice spacious interior, which is great when I’m smoking multiple racks of ribs or a large brisket. Plus, the wood chip tray is easy to access and refill while smoking.Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned BBQ pro, this smoker is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to up their smoking game!

Great smoker
For several years I used a large gas fired smoker to make the usual jerky, sausages, bacon, etc. Now my family have all moved away and the smoker, although still doing a good job, was just too large for just me. So, I gave that smoker to friends and decided to try this smaller, electric, Charbroil smoker... Am very glad I did. So far I have been curing and smoking pork loins for Canadian/back bacon and its working like a charm.. Took a short learning curve and still have a way to go, but, its doing a really great job,,,,,, and the bacon is delicious...So, the package arrived and after a thorough check could find no dents or dings.. All parts were there as well..Assembly took about an hour or so working alone.. No problems at all. Was very impressed with the smoker, it is insulated, it looks very nice, fits in a small space, and seems quite sturdy..I decided to smoke a cured pork loin for a trial run. I had some fairly wide temperature swings till I got the hang of adjusting the thermostat. I use applewood chips for smoke and one pan filled lasted about an hour. About three hours later the loin was finished, I let it cool then tasted it----was perfect! Very very delicious. I have smoked 5 or so more cured pork loins since the first and all have been perfect --just the way I like them... So am very pleased with the smoker... I wouldnt hesitate to buy another if necessary... I have found that as the meat smokes and comes up to temperature, I do have to adjust the thermostat to a bit cooler a couple of times, for me thats not any problem. The pan of wood chips smokes for about an hour or so, sometimes longer, and the smoke flavor is always just right, for me at least..I purchased two items to go with this smoker,, a Veken two probe remote sending thermometer and since I use pink salt #1 in the cure I also purchased a Brefit scale for accurately measuring down to 1/10 gram. I have not regretted making either purchase. So, in summary, in my opinion I feel that for the cost this is a really good smoker that doesnt have many frills, but it gets the job done.. Thanks Charbroil... btw,, nobody is or has paid me to write this review,, its totally how I feel about this smoker...

Pretty good smoker.
I ordered this smoker realizing it's likely to have cosmetic damage and it did not disappoint. Box and packing were perfect and it still has a sizable dent on top, and a small dent on the door.Smoker works well and is pretty easy to use. Have used it 5 times now and I've been satisfied with the cooks even though it doesn't put out enough smoke. Have now purchased a smoke tube and will be using that in conjunction with the chip tray.Once you get a temperature set, it holds very well. Thermometer in the door is accurate enough if cooking on the rack closest to it. Running test, just 1 rack position lower the temp. is 10 degrees lower.Would recommend as a entry level smoker, if you can tolerate a dent or two.

Very Easy to Maintain
I bought this to replace the previous electric smoker we had as the digital controls on the old one burned out twice (replaced the control board once).First since this is an analog you can bring the cord and control in when you are done so no rain getting into the controls.heats up pretty fast and I was able to cook and maintain the Temp I wanted (225-240) setting it at 2.75-3.25 the control is graduated so you have marks between the numbers from 0-5.First meal I did was 6 pounds of chicken thighs and Fresh corn in for the last hour. I put the chicken in a disposable cake pan to keep it clean salt and pepper then covered it with a little Italian dressing. smoked the chicken for 3.5 hours and it was perfect 165degrees and so juicy. I put my fresh corn in after soaking in water to smoke for an hour and my god in heaven when I checked the corn I pulled the husks back and a beautiful bright yellow and the sweet and smokey flavor was worth the wait. I didn't have to add any water to the reservoir after the initial fill up. The chips after I filled it I would add a small handful every hour (pecan chips).Pulled the cord and took it in when the cooking was finished and covered the smoker up the next morning when I got up.This smoker may be on the lower end of the price scale but worth far more than I payed for it.It is a very sturdy machine too. right at 50 pounds double walled and good insulation on the handles so you can move it if you need to without gloves.Pros: Price and ease of use.cons: I am going to gain so much weight with this thing.

Good smoker for the price
very easy setup and it worked great. I did some ribs and wing first time i used it. Wings took 2 hours and ribs about 3. I probably could have wrapped the ribs in foil after 2 hours and let them cook in the foil the last hour for more tenderness.
