Not sure what's going on seems like I got the wrong item or it's mismarked or it's just been rebranded to be a better product when its the same as an old product

I had the same problem, marked as 500 but sold as 700 product. Also, sound quality is terrible. No bass for the most part, and treble is over driving and tinny! For JBL, I am really disappointed!

Broke after 2 uses. Will not connect to phone anymore. Returning immediately.

Great earbuds and charger

Sound quality seems to vary with music app. Bass is pretty much nonexistent and treble is overbearing. Fit is weird but as others have stated they don’t sit right. If I can get them to sit right after about 30 seconds of running the right one falls out, probably due to the weight of the in-line remote. Wouldn’t recommend.

It does not fit and sound good

I’d had JBL sport earphones before and they were great so I was excited to get the Focus 700. When I connected it via Bluetooth to my phone it was called a Focus 500. I didn’t really care what it was called as long as the sound was good. I started listening to some jazz and it was really tinny so I switched to some blues and got the same. In addition, my dogs started barking outside and they were louder than the music.Ok, I can’t use it for music so I figured I can at least use it for video chat. Two minutes into my first conversation I had to take them off. My friend was cooking and any sound created came across louder than voice. A Plastic wrapper being opened was incredibly invasive. There must be sound dampening in the device but instead of dampening extraneous sounds, it seems to dampen voices.Save your money and find something else.
