Strong. Good for Strep.
Very strong. Would be very helpful for particularly bad sore throats like from strep. Numbs your tongue and if you let them fall back in your mouth then numbs the throat very well. Of course this would not work for people who gag easily; they should get a spray.

They work, but are easily damaged in shipping.
Work well, taste like cough medicine, but half the pills AND SEALS arrived broken, had to throw the lozenges with the broken seals away. Good product, but difficult to ship.
