Commercial Slushie Machine, Frozen Drink Margarita Machine Smoothie Slushy Maker Stainless Steel 110V

I did not know where to turn when I was shopping for a commercial Slushie Machine. I compared price (this one had a coupon as well), reviews, comments, size and shipping. Therefore, I settled this Leacco Machine. Shipping was fast, came in a wooden crate therefore no worries about damage in shipping. Product came completely built so no worries of putting it together wrong. I did have one small issues of a missing handle but Lemon in customer service was very prompt to respond to my email and shipped out a new handle ASAP. Machine worked great (did have to turn down the temp a little to get the slushy to freeze better). Great machine overall!

I had the pleasure of working with Lemon to resolve an issue with my machine, which had a persistent leak in the left tank. The problem stemmed from the hopper gasket seal on the back side, causing liquid to constantly drip and fill the drip pan. This rendered the left tank completely unusable, which was a significant issue for our restaurant, as we rely on it to serve one of our specialty drinks during operating hours.Lemon’s assistance was exceptional from start to finish. She responded promptly to my questions, quickly provided replacement parts, and consistently followed up to ensure the issue was being resolved. Ultimately, when the problem couldn’t be fully fixed, she arranged for a brand-new replacement machine to be provided free of charge.This level of care and dedication is rare in customer service, and Lemon went above and beyond to ensure everything was made right. Her tremendous help left a lasting impression, and I’m truly honored to have had the chance to work with her. When I got the machine and went to clean it before the first use, I noticed that this is not a new machine. It had obviously been used before, because when I pulled the main seals off, I noticed dried up juice under the seals and one of the screws was loose. When I tried to tighten the screw, it just spun around as if the threads were stripped. I went ahead and finished cleaning it and tried it out to see if it worked and did not leak do the the loose screw. It did seem to work as expected and I did not notice any leaks. Problem is when I pay full price for a NEW machine, I expect to get a NEW, UNUSED machine and that is not the case here. This will be going back.

The dual machine is great for variety. We have already utilized it several times in the first month of purchase and everyone loves it. Reached out to the company directly and they provided excellent customer service support for any further questions you may have. Strongly recommend this product.

Latest Update:I received the new machine this week and got a chance to try it today. Works perfectly. Overall I would rate this 4 1/2 stars. I can’t give it 5 because of the hassle of having to get a new one. Their customer service has been wonderful. I noticed a few other reviews similar to mine. They may need to change their shipping container/methods so that it doesn’t continue to happen to other buyers.Update:I have been in contact with customer service via email (they are in China and 12 hour time change different from me). They shipped me a new machine. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet. The customer service emails have been timely, polite and helpful.Initial review:I just tried to use this today for the first time. The compressor will turn on for 30 seconds and then make a shuddering noise and turn off so it is not cooling/slushing at all. It is out of the return window for Amazon (I received this just over a month ago), so I tried contacting the seller. The phone number goes directly to hold music and then hangs up on you after two minutes. I have an email in to their customer support and will update this review when/if I hear from them.

Order the machine for work, The 1st one had an issues that caused it not to operate correctly. I reached out to the company about issues they had a tech reach out to me to try and problem solve the issue. They ended up sending out a different machine. The customer service was great during the process and very responsive with email.
