The item worked for 1 year and the head machine with the rolling brush stopped working, i contacted Procenic customer service, they said THEY DON'T HAVE SPARE PARTS and i need to buy a new vacuum and will give me a discount. Producing items without spare parts!!!!! By the way, when i bought the vacuum, i have requested for an additional brush roll with extra amount and thet sent me a bigger size one that do not fit. brand disaster

I bought the p10 2 years ago, the battery was dead in less than 1 year and i contacted them and had to buy a new battery, now the battery started to die again as it is empty in 15 to 20 minutes after full charge, tried to buy a new one but couldn’t find it and I also tried to contact the customer service team but they i didn’t get any response back

Good quality .. battery is weak..dyson is better in live demo but that double the cost ..so economy vise this is good enough for sweep and mob
