Received the cage but the food did not come with it like advertised. The cage had damage on the bottom I would assume previous to shipping, As it was packaged vey well. This item is also non refundable so no hope for a refund.

Keeper came cracked but still usable and the calcium was open and all over everything.

I saw this kit and the mostly negative reviews. I had hoped that Fluker’s would have seen these and fixed the cracked terrarium issue. Sure enough, my terrarium came cracked. The cricket diet had made the terrarium dirty like it had been opened. Terrarium was also a tad bit small.Happy I got a refund, but disappointed overall in the kit.

The cricket keeper was well packed; but came with two cracks in it, one on the bottom and one on the side.. Still usable but I really bought this kit for the other products.

Product came cracked on both sides from top to bottom. Unusable and practically in two pieces. Seller doesn’t accept refunds, even on defective items.Wasn’t shipping issue because it was packaged and padded beautifully.

It came with 2 cracks but I will keep it because it is still sturdy and will do what it is ment to do. Love the fact I don't need to buy any food. It feels really durable even with the cracks. The size is perfect. I was worried it would be small. Definitely worth the money. If I had paid more I would have sent it back. Not sure why it was cracked. It was packaged well.

I've seen several reviews where this arrived broken or cracked. Mine did not. Mine was in perfect condition with no issues. Arrived quickly and is holding up great to keep feeders alive and well.

I recently received this product to house my crested geckos crickets and it was cracked in several spots. I should have known better than to purchase this as all reviews say that it is either cracked or broken upon receiving this item. I’m very disappointed and of course it’s non returnable or refundable due to food safety issues. Guess I will just have to tape it together and hope for the best.
