The marble piece was chipped. Can I get a replacement

Excellent purchase for our 50 years together. It again had a very sentimental look and card that came with the statue. Loved it very much.

The marble block is chipped and scuffed all over. In addition, the little plaque was not only not attached (it was actually just loose in the box like someone just threw it in there as an after thought) it looks very cheap.
