I really like this recliner, great material, the fabric is like real leather, not that poor faux leather, very comfortable to the touch, I love it, the features are great for seniors, I will be purchasing another piece for my wife to use.

We received the recliners in 4 boxes. The assembly was pretty straightforward. My wife and I did the assembly in less than an hour for the two. The materials look great and durable. The color we chose matches our floor, so we are pleased of the looks and the possibilities of positions to rest. We tried the massage different modes of massage, but not the heating. Right now we are enjoying them watching TV.

Chair was easy to assemble and seems to be decent quality. Was a little firm but with use it became quite comfortable.It seems to be a good value.

Great! bought two beige tip out chairs in leather with massage and heat. Easy assembly and comes in two boxes per chair. Nice quality and very sturdy construction and great value.

I ordered this because of the multipurpose of use. This chair has heat, vibrations and reclines back and relieves my back pain. Good comfort.easy to assemble too about 7 minutes.

The chair works well.

Chair works as stated, however controls are located in a most inconvenient place outside and below chair arm, requiring a very long right arm reach assuming you have a right arm. However, if you just want the chair for heat, vibration, or massage there is a remote control. This chair assumes a lot about the users disability, I don't have a right arm.

This chair is structurally very sturdy and mechanically perfect. The problem I had is that it was a bit to firm for my back. I don’t have the time for it to break in. But it’s an excellent value for the price it’s sold it. It’s very easy to put together, only 3 pieces that are placed on rails attached to the bottom. The wires are color coded so it’s almost foolproof to connect it. It also has a very nice appearance. It will many people very happy. The true excellence of this product is the customer support. The seller worked with me every step of this process. He responds promptly and will virtually bend over backwards to please you. He is an honorable man of his word. And together reached an amicable conclusion.
