These don’t even work! They just pinch the nostrils inner wall I would argue it might even be damaging to the nostril wall.There is nothing on these that push the outer walls out, not sure who likes these but the Airmax company as well as the nasal strips work much better for me!

I had real doubts but tried them anyway. To surprise my husband they work. Only if my head moves a certain way I may snore but not as hard. They aren't uncomfortable either.

I was so hoping these would help with my snoring. Didn't make a difference at all. The edge again your nose is pretty sharp on some of them and it left a sore on the skin. Wish I could say these worked for me, but they didn't help.

I'm really not sure if this works. My ex told me I didn't snore the night it arrived but I snored most nights after. I used it every night. Maybe I need something stronger or maybe this product does not work. Try it for yourself.
