Hydrating but not heavy or sticky. Wears great under makeup and under eye concealers. No fragrance or irritants for sensitive eyes.

This product gave the results I was expecting. Don't expect miracles.

I have used this stuff forever and it actually works. Its hard to find good eye serum that actually does its job and you never know because it takes time to see if eye serum really works, but this one does and I will continue to use it for a long time
