Perfect fit, inexpensive repair my stock tank. I tapped the 1/4" opening just to be sure it threaded on nicely as the threads on the arm are old and a little crusty. Threaded on easily and works a treat

It is a pump float ball. It works. Nothing to get excited about; not something to write home about. It won’t do your taxes or plot a trajectory to the moon. It floats, the end.
