More than I expected for the cost
I ordered this for my daughter - who will be breastfeeding. She will also be pumping so that Grandma can give her a bottle when she is babysitting. Having nursed all three of my children I was truly surprised by the great nipple design of these bottles. I think that it will be very effective at reducing "nipple confusion" for our baby. I was also really surprised to find out that each bottle comes with a sealing cap - so that the bottle of milk can be brought over tightly sealed. Anyone who has ever gone to the trouble of pumping a bottle only to have it spill knows how horrible that is!!The two stage nipples come apart - making cleaning very easy! That is a great feature. Finally - I couldn't believe the cost!! A friend bought my daughter the Tommie-Tippies and those are nice - but these are much less expensive and have so many extras - like the sealers. I am really excited to try these out!!

Worst bottle in the history of bottles!!!
My LO is strictly breastfed so she doesn't take any bottle at all , but being that I have to return to work I have to find a bottle she wouldn't refuse . I've tried almost every bottle out there and nothing so when I came across this one I thought my prayers were answered ... Wrong !!! This is the worst bottle in the world it says that the baby has to use the same suction as she would on the breast so the milk will flow , so not true the milk leaks out of the nipple as soon as you tip the bottle . After many attempts to make it work correctly the baby finally tried to drink and the bottle started to leak ( leak is an understatement ) and the milk kept getting trapped into both of the nipples having to squeeze the nipple so the milk could drip back down . I even tried opening the nipples and readjusting them and it didn't work ! Such a waste of money do not buy !

Quit bashing these bottles!!
I'm sick of people bashing these bottles!! They DO NOT LEAK, like people say, and have been excellent for both of my EBF (exclusively breastfed babies)!! My son and daughter have never had trouble going back and forth from breast to bottle. I have about 20 of these, and of all kinds (disposable, 4oz, 5oz, 8oz, 9oz, stage 1 and stage 2 nipples) and have never had a minute of trouble. They are definitely reasonably (cheaper) priced on Amazon compared to Target/WalMart, easy to clean, and simple to use. I give them 5 stars and definitely recommend.

Poorly Constructed - Leaks Like a Sieve
I purchased this product to try to eliminate the sucking of air in during bottle feeding and at the end of the feeding when the bottle runs out. Unfortunately all three of the bottles we purchased would not seal correctly with the supplied sealing ring. The top just pops right off unexpectedly. Both my husband and I analyzed to ensure we were doing everything as directed and it simply likes the ring is about twice as thick as it should be. Of course, trying without a ring also results in dumped milk everywhere - and we all know pumped breast milk is like gold! Needless to say, we'll return this and try something else.

Great concept but had to return
I put water in one bottle to test it out and it seemed right from the start that it would be difficult to get it all out of the nipple. My friend brought one of hers over and we used it, and it was not as expected. The milk did get stuck and the baby seemed upset to have to work to get it out. The flow also seemed faster than my Nuk, which is not what I would expect from a breastfeeding-like bottle. The bottles are a good idea, but I'll stick with my Nuk nipples for a breastfeeding-like bottle top for my baby girl.

WELCOME BABY
Needed a gift for my first great grandchild so asked our granddaughter what she needed and she said she would like these bottles but they were expensive when and if she could find them. I immediately went to AMAZON and once agian, as always, was able to find exactly what I was searching for and at an affoerfable price.

nothing like the breast
Terrible product. I am going back to work and exclusively BF my baby. I have tried every bottle and he will not take any. I saw this as a great choice but once we tried it all I can say is "HORRIBLE". Not only does it NOT function as it states (seems to work just like a plain old bottle) but it is super bulky and heavy as well as leaky. You have to spend tons of time just to get the top part screwed on to the base. Don't waste your money. I just tried the Lansinoh Momma bottle. Small and modern design, pricey but picky baby boy took it immediately. Thank God!

Worth a try for picky babies!
My 5 1/2 month old had been exclusively breast fed prior to us planning a weekend getaway without her. We tried to get her used to a bottle 3 weeks prior to our departure date. We had "practice run" days with both sets of grandparents that included 7 hour stretches. Our little one refused to eat! She did like to use the teat as a chew toy but of she was really hungry it just made her so angry. We tried expressed breastmilk in the bottle, warming formula, cooling formula, rice cereal in bottle, little "tricks" we read online, and buying different bottles/nipples. NOTHING worked. She would scream bloody murder as if being horribly tortured. We decided we didn't want to put her (or the grandparents) through 48 hours of hell, so we were not going to go on the trip. Then, on a whim, we ordered these bottles (with no expectations, but lots of prayer) and had them sent overnight the day before we would have been leaving. Our daughter first took 2 ounces with daddy...and here and there would take 2 ounces. We decided to go on our trip and hope for the best. She quickly got used to this bottle and was downing the entire 4 ounces within a few hours. Grandparents couldn't believe it...we were all shocked at how well this worked.I gave 4 stars because they are so worth it if you have exhausted all other bottle options and are willing to take a chance. HOWEVER, I had same experience with other reviewers in that the bottle design is awful. If they are not twisted on correctly ( which with these bottles is a lot harder than it sounds) the top pops off very easily. So make sure they are sealed perfectly before feeding to avoid drowning your child in ounces of milk in the middle of a feeding. I would recommend preparing the formula/ebm and storing in fridge prior to the feeding so your lo isn't screaming/crying while you are attempting numerous times to correctly assemble the bottle.
