Buy one or more!
This is SUCH a cool bag for a first aid kit. I plan to purchase a couple more. One for each car. The one for the house is already complete and everyone in the family loves it. Being prepared it always the smart thing to do. Buy one, stock it and then go on with your life, knowing that you are ready for whatever might happen. Trust me, you'll feel better.

Super Good Deal!
Love it. I am disabled and had originally a small camera bag, then a larger bag. This bag is awesome! Couple things I would change if I designed, but all-in-all super deal.Things I would fix or change - 1) Front pouch, add second zipper to allow either way or open in middle. If have uncontained items, they fall out the left side when starting to unzip. 2) The bag is a little flimsy. Don't want to ding the rating because the quality of material does seem sturdy, but would be nice to have containment bars that would allow user to lock the back into a specific rectangle shape. It bulges out sometimes. 3) the end pockets have a velcro attachment for the lid that is larger than the pocket preventing the user from tucking it into the pocket to make it lid free. Would design it to do that. 4) Would add a luggage ID window on the top that allows the owner to put If Lost information and owner details. 5) Finally, everyone has a cell phone. would be nice to have an exterior pocket on top that is clear, but rain/water resistent/proof, that is large enough (in all three ways LxWxH) for the larger iPhone Pro Max phones with a large case so that the owner can put their phone in it and see messages through the clear top and not worry about water hitting it while using the bag in increment weather.Am able to have all my subscribed, daily vitamins, glasses, injectors, emergency vomit/urine bags and support items.Tons of room, love the small cargo net holders that is just big enough for 2 pill bottles.

Spacious and convenient, with lots of organizing possibilities.
This is a pretty nice first aid bag. It's spacious, with most of the main compartment open and undivided, so it can carry lots of smaller items (bandages, sponges, medical tools, etc.) or one or two larger items, like a blood pressure monitor. There are also several stretchy mesh pockets all around the main compartment. Those would be handy for holding medicines or bottles of disinfectants, or any number of other small items. This bag has closing side pockets and a zippered front compartment, too, so there are lots of organizing possibilities. Of course, you might choose to use this bag for purposes other than a first aid kit, and the design and overall look are generic enough to do that. Since I already have a first aid bag, I might use this organizer for something else, like travel toiletries and accoutrements. There are a couple of changes I would make (and notes for future improvements). First, the front compartment would be much ore convenient if it had a double zipper. Since the current single zipper closes all the way at the bottom and side of the compartment flap, anything left loose inside that pocket could fall out pretty easily when you're trying to open it. It would be much more convenient if you could just part the zipper pulls in the middle of the zipper runner at the top of the pocket. Also, a shoulder strap would make this bag easier to transport and easier to grab and carry to the site of an accident. Lastly, a more solid bottom might also be a good idea. As it currently is, if there are many heavier items stored here, the bottom will sag when it is carried. These notes aside, this is, overall, a really good bag. I do think the regular price of thirty bucks is too much for what it is, but if you like it and don't mind the price (or are finding it on sale), go for it! It's a good organizing tool, and the bright color will make it easy to find when you need it. Four stars!

Perfect First-Aid Bag
We were using a camera bag to store our first aid supplies, carrying the bag in our truck tool box as well as in a compartment in our boat. When the camera bag finally wore out - the zipper, we purchased this Mancro First Aid Bag. We just got it so cannot give a long-term review, but all of our medical supplies fit perfectly. We like the Mesh side pockets on the inside for flat objects, like Band-Aids stored in Zip-Lok bags. The internal area provides ample room for rolls of bandages, medicine bottles, etc. Excellent zippers. Recommend this product.
