These massage balls are brilliant! It's great to have the choice of different ones. They come with a card with a link on which takes you to lots of information and explanations of how to use the balls. This is available in several languages. It explains what each ball is for and how to use them for different problems and different parts of the body. I didn't expect so much useful information to arrive with this product.I was indecisive about buying this set but in the end I went for it and was so glad that I did! Excellent value for money and it was a very pleasant surprise to have so much extra information come with it.It comes with a handy little bag to keep them in as well.I'm extremely happy with this set and I recommend it to anybody who's thinking about buying it.

Great quality and easy to use

Our Physiotherapist recommended these for the treatment of plantar fasciitis and the smooth ball is perfect for this, just after a few days the relief is extraordinary. We are using the other two balls as well for massaging other sore muscles, they are the added bonus. Overall highly recommend. Fast delivery, quality product, good price, great seller - very professional.

I've not used these since purchase, and instead bought 'therapy ball plus' balls which are firm but with some give, meaning pressure can be increased incrementally.
