This pad is the bomb! I’ve been helping my husband fix up the house and my shoulders and upper back get sore after a days work. I plug this pad up and place it on my shoulders to help relax my aching muscles. It doesn’t take long to heat up, the pad is soft and doesn’t feel heavy. I use this on my legs and lower back too. When not in use, I roll it up and store it in my nightstand drawer. Very nice!

Heats up very fast, love the timer option incase I fall asleep. I’ve used it everyday for my bulging disc, I like to wear it under my shirt for the maximum heat.

The shoulder part gets nice and toasty. I am sure there is a heat setting for everyone. The neck part does not really heat up, it seems there are no heat wires in it. The fit is for average size humans. The pad has nice weight to it so it does not move once you lay it over your shoulders. There are press button closures at the front to keep everything in place. It does take a few minutes to heat up. Timers for automatic shut off at 30, 60, 90 min and at 2 hrs.

I timed how long it took to heat up, it took 13 minutes to heat up to its hottest setting and not just that the hottest temperature is lukewarm. Not hot, not hot enough, not even it’ll do till I find a better one hot it’s literally just warmish. I’ve left it sitting still not even on me but on my couch for 40 minutes and when I came back it was the same temperature. It does not touch the neck unless you hold it to your neck and it doesn’t even warm up fully on its back. The back part only warms up in the center and even there it’s not that big or warm. Don’t waste your time with the product. I got this for my husband as one of his Christmas gifts but now have to return and find a replacement. The initial reviews when I purchased were so good but I checked them before writing and I see mostly negative now. I’m very disappointed. Plz find a better product.
