I bought this in January and have used it 4-5 days a week. This week (4/23) the short strap broke. I'm very sad because I really enjoyed this bag.Update: the company contacted me and offered apologies as well as a new bag. I received the bag yesterday and am very happy with it. All they asked for was an image of the damage from the original bag. Again the bag itself is great and I am glad I made this purchase one way or another.

It's cute. The color is a light pink so if you have a messy job, I won't recommend it since it's light and any dirt shows. It's spacious so you can store multiple containers in their. It's has 3 separate compartments so use can store spoons amd napkins and your non perishable items separately. It's very durable. I haven't used an ice pack yet so can't say about the ice retention but over all I highly recommend it. Prefect for high schoolers since it's so cute.
