Fits and works perfectly on the Ryobi 40 volt model RY40503
Just want to say that this chain fit perfectly and works perfectly on the Ryobi 40 volt chain saw Model RY 40503. I spent hours trying to cross verify it and finally found out that it was a direct replacement and that it works great hopefully saving others the same headache I had to go through.

Fits HF electric chainsaw perfectly. Cuts fast.
Easy, perfect fit, replacement for my Harbor Freight $39 electric chainsaw. Cuts better than the original chain. I was considering buying another HF chainsaw since I dulled BOTH of mine while chopping up an old fiberglass hot tub for a trash dump trip. At $11 each I now have 2 cheapo chain saws ready for AKshun...!!!

you get what you pay for - didn't even last a day.
If you use your chainsaw a couple of times / year to cut small to medium limbs this blade is for you.I have an Echo CS-300 (almost 30 years old that I use 4-6 times /year). I never run it out of bar oil and make sure the pre-mix is correct. Would touch and Echo today since most are made in China and don't last.We did some tree cutting at our church this weekend. limbs less than 16" in diameter. The first chain lasted about 30 min until it kinked -The second chain made it about 2 1/2 hours until it was dull.I didn't cut in the dirt either and the trees weren't hard wood either..The one I get at HD lasts 1 season as one our rentals has a Sycamore tree.. That is very hard wood.Honestly, I expected these to get me through 3 hours of cutting and maybe a few more times.I could send them back but I did get the job done for 12 bucks.. but I won't ever buy an Oregon Chain again regardless of price..I want a good quality chain, but unfortunately everything is made in China and lasts about 1/3 of the time they used to.

Fit my 14” Poulan electric chain saw like a glove...
So, I can only compare this to the used chain that came with my used chainsaw I had already. I bought my chainsaw from a dude on FB marketplace for $5. He didn’t know what was wrong with it other than the chain was super loose. I figured for $5 it was worth a gamble. Turns out it was literally just the 2 bolts on the chain guide that needed to be tightened (and some chain oil, but that’s to be expected) I used that chain to cut up several small pieces. It worked, but it was always super slow going. I broke down and bought this replacement chain for $11~ and put it on. On my Poulan electric it was a very simple process. One I installed it and added some more oil, it cut though a downed tree in no time. I highly recommend this chain if you are needing a replacement. I know I could have manually sharpened the chain, but this was a 5 minute fix for a total investment of $16~ to have a nice running chain saw. It was worth the extra $11~ for me. Your mileage may vary.

WAY better than OEM
Pretty sad for Ryobi when this part is many times better than the OEM chain. and so reasonably priced!! I paired this with the Oregon Guide so I would not have any problems or any more delays on the project i was trying to finish. Yes I probably could have bought a sharpener but the how long would that last? Working out the price compared to the sharpener and how long this chain is lasting it just made more sense to buy the Chain and guide. I plan on getting the same set up for my ryobi pole saw. And when I wear out this chain I will just replace it again. Having it sharpened or buying a sharpener is more expensive than just replacing the chain. And saves time.

Nice chain, sketchy third-party sellers
The original chain (as pictured) works great. However, buying from MGP Supply in September of 2017, I received a loose chain in an unmarked white box. The chain looks different from my old S52 chain, has no ID link, and could either be grey market or fake.I highly recommend spending a little more and getting this chain directly from Amazon. The difference in price is currently only 20 cents.

Worked great on H.F. 14" 9-amp electric chain saw
This Oregon S52 14 inch AdvancedCut chain cut way better than the original chain that came with the H.F. 14" electric chain saw. It combined with a 10 gauge, 25 foot extension cord was able safely provide the 9 amps of electricity to power the chain saw. I liked the performance of the Oregon chain saw blade that I am purchasing a 2nd one as a backup. The saw and Oregon chain easily cut thru 8" thick tree trunk logs. I don't know what kind of tree it was, except it was about 20 feet tall and had hundreds of small 1/2" diameter red berries in the topmost branches in Whittier, California.

Not made in USA
Not like the boxed Oregon blades, that say made in USA. These are individually packed in plastic bags thatclearly state made in China! Was very disappointed, would have given 5 star otherwise!

For the Casual Chainsaw User... easier than Sharpening.
I have a large suburban property and each year there is deadfall trees to contend with... so I have a very basic chainsaw for limbing and chunking up small to medium-sized trees. I am a novice at sharpening my chain and view it as a painful activity to undergo... when I found this chain, at this price, I was so happy... now I just buy a replacement chain each season and I'm good to go.Obviously anyone who's serious about Chainsaw work would cry reading this review... but then again, anyone serious about Chainsaw work is probably not purchasing this product.Recommended for the weekend warrior!

Excellent value
Works great. Only cost $1 more than getting my old blade sharpened.

Does not stay sharp
Was great for about 10 hardwood cuts. Than has become more dull than the older chain I replaced it with.

Best
This chain is far superior to the original Echo chain that came with the saw.
