Tepro 3109 Barbecue Shelter - Steel Frame BBQ & Party Shelter Gazebo

Very poor quality!!! If I didn’t need for an occasion it would have been returned!! Very disappointed

A bit disappointed in the quality of the product, when putting it together one of the main supports snapped at the joint., I have asked for a replacement and will give feedback if response is good or not.It looks good when erected and I have used it for first time but the leg is a bit wonky due to damaged joint.There were also other dents in the frame but this could be due to carrier.Another point was although fairly simple to erect I believe the instructions should still be in English rather than German as it was sold through Amazon UK.

Very well made and although the instructions were in German an email to the seller and same day instructions that were diagrams was emailed back to me. Easy to put together and looks very impressive. I picked up a good tip from another reviewer which was to attach the canvas to the roof before fixing the roof to the rest of structure. Worked a treat.

I ordered this product in May 2015 and it was promptly delivered. The parcels (it comes in 2 boxes; 1 containing the glass shelves and another for the framework and canopy) were a bit battered by the courier which resulted in several of the canopy connection points being bent.Luckily I was able to reshape the canopy connectors (located on top of the 4 main legs) without cracking the tough external paint, so no harm done.Construction took about 2 hours. This was mainly due to the sparse instructions. The instruction booklet was in German (which I cannot read) and included a single page, 3 stage diagram. The diagram leads you to try and attach the canopy to the fully constructed frame work. DON’T DO THIS!Once I figured out that you have to slide the canopy frame work into the two canvas sections BEFORE mounting it to the main uprights, life got considerably easier.This shelter is now sitting proudly on my decking (screwed down to stop it blowing over). I've had several guests ask where to get it from as they are interested in getting one too.It has worked perfectly over the weekend, keeping me dry as I cooked the traditional English BBQ in the rain. And the side shelves are perfect for holding you bottle of beer while you cook.Overall, I am very happy with this product. It has a sturdy construction that should last for several years. Only the lack of instructions and courier damage dropped the star.

This should be 5 stars. It's heavy and well constructed. It's lasted a long time in my garden and is really useful. The problem is the canvas cover. It can't cope so well and had ripped at the corners from the wind. Taking it on and off is hard so not an option. It needs much tougher corners to make it last. The frame is so good I am going to make my own cover out of wood or tin using the canvas cover as a template. Then it will be built to last.

When this item was delivered one of the glass shelves had been smashed into tiny pieces during transport. I contacted the seller who immediately dispatched a replacement shelf pack. Construction is pretty easy (I did it on my own but with 2 people it would be easier) and the instructions are clear. Very happy with this product, it has good headroom, keeps you cool in the sun and dry in the rain (we've had some fairly heavy showers since putting this up) and it looks the part.

Arrived promptly , box damaged ,but thankfully goods were not , sturdy and nice looking, would make a great feature in anyones garden.

this is great as u can take off the top and hopefully will not be blown across the garden and a great price

Der Pavillon sieht nach dem Aufbau zunächst sehr schick aus. Das Dach ist jedoch nach wenigen Jahren porös wie Pergament und bekommt große Risse ohne Fremdeinwirkung. Über den Winter kann man es nicht drauf lassen, da es nach Schnee und Eis im Frühjahr kaputt ist. Das Dachset konnte zunächst bei TEPRO für rund 50 Euro nachbestellt werden. Nachdem die Bedachung bereits im letzten Jahr einige Risse hatte, hingen jetzt im März nur noch Fetzen herunter. Für Nachbestellungen verweist TEPRO nun an den Fachhandel, der für das Set sage und schreibe 106,89 EUR (Fa. Edinger) verlangt. Der komplette Pavillon kostet im Internet 199,-- EUR frei Haus. Hier stimmt die Preisrelation Dachbezug zu Metall- und Glaskonstruktion in keiner Weise. Wenn man bei sorgfältiger Pflege (Abnahme im Herbst/Winter) dennoch alle 3 bis 4 Jahre eine neues Dachset für rund 107 EUR nachkaufen muss, sollte man sich aufgrund der auflaufenden Folgekosten die Anschaffung dieses Produktes deutlich überlegen. Trotz des günstigen Einstiegspreises für den Pavillon. Der Kundenservice von TEPRO ist miserabel. Nur Telefoncomputer und Verweis auf Ebay und Baumärkte. TEPRO liefert das Dachset für 45 EUR an den Handel, über den es dann nur bestellbar ist. Jedoch mit einer VK Empfehlung von 99,98 EUR, im vorliegenden Fall incl. Versand 106,89 EUR. Alle genannten Preise liegen mir schriftlich und belegbar vor.

Nach dem ersten Jahr war ein neues Dach (teuer) erforderlich. Im zweiten Jahr kam die Korrosion.Nun ist er auf dem Müll gelandet.

Also ich würde auch 10 sterne geben. Das Pavillon kam passend an, beim aufbau (der sehr einfach war, haben wir festgestellt das es etwas eingedellt war an einer stelle (aber nix großes). Haben den Verkäufer direkt angeschrieben und 50€ Nachlass bekommen. Das geld war am nächsten Tag wieder auf dem Konto. So einen tollen Service hatte ich bei Amazon noch nie!!!

Man braucht tatsächlich 2 Personen um den Grill aufzubauen. Da der zentrale "Verbindungsstern" in der Spitze/Mitte des Pavillions gequetscht und verbogen war, befürchtete ich schon erhebliche Schwierigkeiten beim Zusammenbau. Die Verbindungsteile haben aber soviel Spiel, das alles doch noch zusammen passte. Bei der Bespannung - die bei beiden Teilen (klein und groß) extrem schwer auf das Gestell gespannt werden muss - sollte man zuerst den kleinen Teil, dann den großen Teil darüber ziehen - sonst wirds nichts. Zur Befestigung am Boden sind ein paar lächerliche Haken (Zeltheringe) mitgeliefert, nur etwa 10 cm lang und bei Terassenplatten garnicht zu gebrauchen. Habe mir Steindübel und Schlossschrauben besorgt und das Ding an meinen Terassenplatten festgeknallt. An den runden Füssen sind dafür entsprechende Bohrungen bereits vorgesehen. Die ersten Regenschauer hat der Pavillion schon erfolgreich überstanden und es klappt jetzt prima mit dem Grillen ohne Flucht unter den Balkon. Somit, mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten, ein tolles Ding das auch noch etwas hermacht mit den beiden granitfarbigen Anrichtplatten an der Seite.

Darf Pavillon kam spät und war dann defekt. Benötigte dringend die Überdachung. Aufbau gelang mit großen Schwierigkeiten. Bitte um Preiserlass oder Zeitnahen Austausch.
