This is a repeat order for quite awhile now. One of the best magnesium supplements. Good price and good quantity also. Will continue to use it for preventing leg cramps at night and to relax for sleeping. Two tablets do the trick in the evening and occasionally three. Will help with a smooth time in the bathroom the next morning also.

Okay, I had major surgery on my right leg with my bones being separated.And taken out and put back in with an artificial knee.So I need to have calcium product to help my bones recover.I'm on my fourth bottle.I highly recommend for the price.You can't beat this
