So I’m on this weight loss journey! And I decided to try these keto gummies that have apple cider vinegar in it bc I can’t stand the taste of drinking it! I hate vinegar to begin with! But I absolutely love these! They aren’t over powering and are actually pretty tasty. I decided to wait a month before posting a review to see how well these worked! And I have to say I WILL BE ORDERING MORE! They are very easy to take. They are chewy and very tasty. I didn’t have any side effects that I knew of! These gave me more energy than any supplements I’ve taken in the past! I have lost about 15lbs this past month but i also am on a strict diet now too! It definitely helped with loosing weight but it’s great for energy! Also every ingredient used is very healthy for you! Not only did I do my research but I also talked to my doctor! And he said he has never seen such gummie to have all natural Ingredient and he did his research also and he said these are very healthy for me to take mainly with all the health problems I have!

Unless you want a gummy candy because it tastes good, don't waste your time. Had no effect at all.

Have noticed just no weight increase which is nice , but no significant lost after first bottle. Maybe 1-2lbs.

Really like these gummies they are so easy to take .They are nice and soft while tasting awesome.With 1500 mg of apple cider vinegar and B-12 and B6 and beetroot powder they do seem to give more energy to me.They are Vegan and all natural and support detox .I would definitely recommend them.

I have used this for two weeks now and haven't lost any weight. I eat healthy and moderate exercised. Just bought these to see if they would give me an added boost to losing a few pounds before summer.
