Might be ok around the bottom of a room but iv found its all fallen off around the ceiling, waste of money unless you are going to remove the sticky strips & add proper builders adhesive, way overpriced you may as well just buy the proper stuff from a builder merchant & do it only once.

I got this to replace the edging strip in my downstairs toilet. I originally got an MDF one but it soon looked awful so when I got the chance to Test and review this one I was really happy.It's totally waterproof and fully adhesive - You just remove the two backing strips and press it into place. It's great that it's wipe clean, especially in the downstairs toilet that's used a lot for when we're out in the garden, so it gets cleaned and mopped a lot.This strip arrives coiled up, So it will need uncoiled and allowed to relax before you use it. The end of mine arrived damaged but there was more than enough to do the job I wanted to do. I gave my floor and walls a really good clean And dried off with micro fibre cloth before I fitted the edging. It looks great, and it mitres ok. I will definitely be using this again in the future, So much better than that MDF stuff that just falls apart if you catch it with something. This is good value for money.

this edging comes as a roll, with 2 adhesive strips, it looks really well made and the adhesive is really sticky, but that is where it ends, I added the strip to my living room ceiling, and to be honest for the first few hours it looked really lovely, then it started to fall down, I made sure that the ceiling edges were squeaky clean before application but it seems that the adhesive strips are just not good enough to hold the weight and the fact that it has been rolled, I even added some heat to it as it was being fitted to make the adhesive strip more sticky, but unfortunately no good, I think I will have to go back to the builders merchant and get a flat one and use proper putty to fix it into place, this was a nice idea, but a lot to pay for something that just wouldn't stick.
