I purchased this to replace a cheaper model that had failed, I wanted to get something a little more solid that was likely to last.I wasn’t disappointed, the construction feels rock solid and it is very easy to put together and to take apart for cleaning.In operation it is near silent and the filtering produces very nice water that bliebell loves the taste of.Most of all my cat loves it, it is a big improvement over the old plastic one which had a rattly pump and ill fitting filter.I also contacted the support as with something like this where maintenance and consumable parts are required it is important to choose a company that will be around long term to support and provide those parts. Again I wasn’t disappointed and support was swift and re-assuring.Highly recommended.

I bought this for my cats as they didn't like drinking from bowls everyday. It was fairly easy to put together, I think the filters were provided were a bit useless, they weren't big enough to fill the little trap they go in.The cats loved it though, and fountain was very quiet. However, it's been barely three months and the pump has failed. Amazon couldn't care less about faulty items after 30 days, and they tell you to go to the retailer direct.Went to the website https://my-aonboy.com/ and rather suspiciously the only link on their website that doesn't work is the contact one. Surprise surprise. I did try the sales email they have listed on the bottom of the page but that just returned a mail delivery failure.Basically, cheap chinese product with no way to return if it limps past 30 days.

This amazing cat water fountain brings a fresh oasis of flowing water to hydrate your cats and make them happy. The pump is very quiet. The kitties can see where it is in the dark with the help of the lovely soft blue light which illuminates the level of water inside to help guide you to top up the water supply without removing the lid to check, until it's time to replace filters and clean, usually every couple of weeks which means less time filling bowls of water. Cats love a body of moving water rather than a bowl of still water. They love to play and paw at it. It's fun for them to play with and know they are drinking fresh flowing water helping make them very happy and contented kitties. I would recommend this amazing cat water fountain as it is the very best you can get and very well made and very high quality. All my kitties love this cat water fountain. It's simply the best!

I bought this as my cat had developed cat chin acne with a previously purchased plastic one. This is very hygienic, easy to keep clean and exceptionally quiet. The window to see the water level is great. Very pleased with this product.

we already have an Aonboy plastic fountain which our kitten loves. For her first birthday we decided to buy her a larger stainless steel one and chose this Aonboy one due to having such a positive experience with this company. The fountain looks so sleek, has a completely silent operation and is very easy to fill and fit filters. Most importantly our cat absolutely loves this fountain and took to it immediately. She loves drinking from the tap and i am so impressed at how clean and cold the water is. The water level window is a brilliant addition as it is so easy to see how much water is being drunk and when to top it up. Overall this fountain is very impressive and i cant recommend this fountain or the company enough.

I bought this product to help my cats have access to fresh water daily. I wasn’t sure they would use it since I have had problems with other water bowls in the past. I have one cat who fears new things and is not willing to change his ways. Both of my cats love the water fountain. The package was delivered in 1-2 days. It was very easy to put together and fill with water. The fountain does not splash or make a mess. It is also very quiet. I like the window in the bowl so that I can see when it needs to be refilled. The sleek design is easy to clean and maintain. I would recommend this water fountain to anyone who has pets.

Review edit - the company must have seen my review and issued me a full refund to my credit card. Very pleased and will repurchase this item as it was a great fountain. Very quiet, hold a lot of water and is easy to use and clean. The water pan on top is shallow so it prevents a lot of spill over when my lab uses it.The fountain was fantastic, but it is already stopped working for me and I only just purchased it in May. I also purchased the replacement filters and replace them exactly as they had described. The contact information on the website to try and see if they will do something about it just bounces back, so no way to get a hold of the company even though they say they will warranty their product.

Tenía el problema de que mi gatita solo quería tomar del grifo. Ya había tratado con una fuente de plástico y no le gustó. Este nos ha ayudado a quitarle ese mal hábito, solo que si costo unos días y también trato de mantener limpia el agua. Ahora toma mucho más agua y ya no me demanda agua 😅

Worked great for 6 months. It randomly stops working though. It's clean, new filter, but the pump just shuts off after being on for a few minutes. The light stays on though. I'll unplug it and plug it back in and it will flow again. It's frustrating because when it stops, my cats get any water until I notice. I can't rely on this fountain anymore.
