I am slowly starting to do some work in my backyard and front yard and wanted to get one of these weed barriers because I’ve already pull weeds out of a certain area and they just really seem to keep growing back lol. All I did was loosen up the grass and dirt ladies over it and then fill it with rocks and so far I love the outcome and I don’t have to worry about cutting that part of the yard. If you’re looking for something easy just to have as a barrier for weeds and other plants and grass growing this is perfect..

We are installing a dry creek bed in our yard and needed some weed block for the job. Our bed will be about 50' in length so we might double up this 100' supply. Looking at the product it looks like it will last and do a good job at helping us to keep weeds away. The design is such that water will be able to work its way past the cloth so that creating its own river will not be an issue. But, at the same time, the product is dense enough to not let weed seeds pass and take hold. Will it actually work? Only time will tell but I am guessing that it will handle the job fairly well. It comes as two 50 foot pieces folded in a plastic bag. There are lines that help you set the cloth down knowing that you have it positioned correctly. Cuts quite easily so that you can lop off as much as needed. We have the first layer down and staked it with ground staples. Not sure that we really need to double up but will sleep on it and decide later. Bottom line here is that it is a quality cloth at a very affordable and budget friendly price. We are very pleased with this one.

Not too expensive which is good, for a heavy duty landscape fabric though I would choose something else.
