Saved my back
The exercises in Ben Patrick’s program have allowed my back to continue lifting heavy even after multiple back spasms and injuries. These exercises, while simple, are an absolute must for keeping your back healthy, and allowing you to move pain-free. Recommend recommended for anyone who is getting older and wants to make sure they can continue to protect their back.

Book is very short and could the explain more. Too early to tell if the exercises will work. If they do its worth the money.

Even a 70-year old can do this!
Just like in his other books, Ben Patrick explains simply how to regain the mobility and strength that you've lost. I've watched him on YouTube interviewed by the top experts in the health and fitness industry. Even Joe Rogan, maybe the most popular podcaster in the world, is now using Ben's techniques to "bulletproof" his own knees and back! Ben's ability to hack from the most effective exercises, whittle them down to a few core movements, and tweak them to make them even better is nothing short of amazing! Perhaps even more impressive is that Ben has even been able to create regressions, from his key exercises, so that even his 70 year old mother can perform these movements. My sister is a physical therapist, and she believes that Ben's techniques will rapidly revolutionize her profession!

Decent.
Stretches and exercises are solid. Descriptions are less than clear and pictures are not great. I expected more from Ben Patrick, after all the solid content he has created, including “Knee Ability Zero”.

A Back Workout You Can Do at Home
I have used the exercises in Ben's other books: Knee Ability Zero and ATG for Life with excellent benefit. I love to work at my customer service job, but I sit for hours in front of a computer. This is a simple and easy workout to do to reduce the effects of sitting and to recover a pain-free back. I can do this workout entirely at home, outside, or when traveling. No equipment needed. Back pain and discomfort are so common due to excessive sitting in our modern lives. Now it's easy to do something about it.
