I use them for sleeping but because the waist goes from 37 to 43. Gravity effects don’t stay up

I wasn’t sure if these would work father who has arthritis and dexterity problems, but I got them to too see if they would be easier for him then Velcro leg straps. They arrived in packaging that was taped and scrunched into a ball - in order to open them the tape and packaging had to be cut in a way that it could not be salvaged! The shorts are a wrinkly mess! The product is poorly made, and the opening for the catheter tube is too small - it would surprise me if an older person could get everything hooked up correctly. My father is not able to use these and the original packaging is not usable- there are no return codes anywhere. This purchase is a costly disaster.

I like to use it don’t have to worry about holding it up . Don’t have to use anything to hold it up like other thing.

Very easy to use

The photos of the product are much different than what was received. The hole for the catheter is very small. This product is not good for urinary catheters. The pocket is very high and the foley tube has to go up to be inserted in the bag. It would help if there were more holes in the front of the underwear to thread the foley hose easier. Bad packing of the product made it very difficult to open. I would ask for a refund but I washed them. They shrunk.

Runs small and the quality just doesn’t compare to the other brand we got on Amazon.

Although my husband didn't physically try them on (hygiene concerns), it was obvious they ran small and wouldn't work. Mind you, the advertising promoted the undergarments as being designed to accommodate the needs of people with catheters. It's possible, they could work to hold catheter bags securely with further adjustments. In other words, the design still needs further adjustments before going to market. These were returned for a refund in the original packaging. However, they appear to not be acknowledging they were received yet. This is interesting to me, because I needed to return a couple of other purchases, too. These returns were all shipped out from the same UPS store and at the exact same time. However, this purchase claims they haven't received it yet. I have received the full refunds from those items. Hmmm!!!

Good quality fabric, soft and comfortable. My only complaint is that the holes in bottom of pockets which allow for leg bag drainage tube to pass through, are very small. I will have to enlarge and reinforce them.
